The same ambulance chaser such as yourself who promoted a bunch of media and social media stories, using the opportunity to blame the very same people who were suffering from the fires for causing them. And blatantly stating that they deserved it. Do a google search, I wouldn't doubt that you made a post or twenty on the topic even.

Much the same as a few days ago when you used the deaths and destruction of the Australian bushfires for the same agenda.

If safety was the main issue why didn't the union take immediate action when the contract expired in July? I have no problem striking all summer. They picked this time of year for maximum effect. Give them a window and set dates for contract negotiation and job action. There's periods that should be off limits.

Contract end dates are like Christmas ...they know when the date is .....its a breakdown and now its management using the propane issue to force the government into action...

I sure hope our farm groups are taking notes on the Quebec blackmail again....

Rebuilding Fort Macmurry was going to make the economy boom. Especially Quebec jyprock when Trudeau was going to ban US jyprock trouble is Trump jumped in and band Canadian plywood.

God Canada is messed up. Ford sells out to Trudeau this afternoon and Kenny orders 100 cars of propane fast tracked to Quebec.

And then we will stand there stunned again when the GTA screws us, Trudeau tries to destroy us and Quebec insults us daily.

What happened to "let the eastern bastards freeze in the Dark"? We got them "over a barrel" of propane!

              Kenny/Moe answer...trade you propane for a pipeline?

                Western alienation will continue, until morale improves . . . . . . . . at least Quebec's morale should improve now.
The liberal leader will be pleased to see his squabbling children co-operating with each other, he will be a beaming proud parent. Where would we be without good ole Dad . . . .

It’s a goodwill gesture to show Alberta isn’t a petulant entitled prick like Quebec. 100 cars of propane is bugger all in the grande scheme. Lovely to see Quebec eat crow.

I’m not saying I agree with them shipping 100 cars of propane or a 100 bags of dog shit. Just my observation of the situation. Alberta is taking the high road I guess but like a parent with an entitled drug addicted child; sometimes it’s best to cut em loose to hit rock bottom and figure it out. Enabling them only prolongs the misery.

Guess this goes deeper, Ontario and Maritimes now running short.

And even better, CN is represented by Unifor and that slimeball thug Gerry Dias who was given $600M by trudeau to dole out to friendly media. Wonder if Trudeau will legislate his buddy back to work. NDP will vote against it.

                        I am just loving this.

It's a fairly significant and extremely ironic problem. Looks good on the urbanites for blocking pipelines, but it's also screwing up an already extremely challenging corn harvest. Very late planting because of too much rain this spring, then no rain at all in places, then a cool summer...

So we are having a late harvest of very wet corn and then no propane, there are very few NG lines out in the countryside. Putting more in is a slow process, but gradually happening. It will never be economically feasible for many.

So the propane crunch is putting the brakes on taking corn off since it won't keep well at 30 - 35% moisture. The calendar is clicking along...

Our area sources its propane from the Sarnia refineries, but they are now swamped with trucks coming from all over the east.

If it comes down to who gets first dibs, who do you think will win - city voters, or corn farmers?

And who do you think it is that supports pipelines?

So the word from my corn customer this morning is that he was allocated enough propane to dry what he had in wet storage and that's it.

So the farmer's crops - that would be the blue areas on the election results map - can sit and wait in the snow and rain while the red areas get to keep on running as usual.

                            Some day...

Creates an awkward spot for the elevators with NG too... how much drying can you do for people that normally use propane when your loyal regulars can use all your capacity and then some? Do you turn some away or do you have to ration everybody?

Nothing like a labour dispute or political differences to bring out the best in our fellow country men and women!

Doug Ford even sounded reasonable after he met with Trudeau. "It's just politics"

Ford has left Moe and Kenney looking a little isolated. Ford the peace maker? Who would have thought!
