Got defeated in parl8ment all day discussion and deals but didn’t get through upper house 2 votes it seems.

Review in another 3 years apparently deal was for local councils or shires or county as you may call them to make it a local govt decision.

Life goes on,class actions expected,etc funny the greens not exactly sure supported it with amendments.

Re frost local breeding centre has intellectual rights apparently to a “arctic wheat grass” gene which it wants to put into wheat for frost tolerance alas still won’t/can’t happen.
