Ummm , it was a thread about long term forecasts
Are you fu cking serious ?
We are thinking about threatening to quit using glyphosate
Sure quiet on that front since people realized food is more important than self centered, self serving SJW’s

It can sometimes become difficult to tell the difference between a troll and someone who just genuinely wants to argue about a topic. However, here are a few tell-tale signs that someone is actively trolling.

Off-topic remarks: Completely going off-topic from the subject at hand. This is done to annoy and disrupt other posters.
Refusal to acknowledge evidence: Even when presented with hard, cold facts, they ignore this and pretend like they never saw it.
Dismissive, condescending tone: An early indicator of a troll was that they would ask an angry responder, “Why you mad, bro?” This is a method done to provoke someone even more, as a way of dismissing their argument altogether.
Use of unrelated images or memes: They reply to others with memes, images, and gifs. This is especially true if done in response to a very long text post.
Seeming obliviousness: They seem oblivious that most people are in disagreement with them. Also, trolls rarely get mad or provoked.
The list above is by no means definitive. There are a lot of other ways to identify that someone is trolling. Generally, if someone seems disingenuous, uninterested in a real discussion, and provocative on purpose, they’re likely an internet troll.

Welcome back Austranada. You never did tell us why you had to change your user name, after going to all of the effort of building a reputation and loyal following under the previous name? And why you have had to waste all of your brilliance posting in obscurity on the other forums?

If anyone else is wondering, they could always ask the moderators. Turns out I wasn't the only poster he was trying to have banned from the site when the moderators finally had enough of his trolling, and banned him from the Commodity Marketing forum. Everyone who dared question his ideology was on the list.

As for trolling, did you see anything in my original post that was aimed at Chuck, or mentioned his name, it was a genuine question, and putting an alternate source of weather information out into the public to check its veracity. Chuck is the one who chose to respond with ridicule.

The best part about this type of prediction, is that the timeline and events make it testable. Which is what I did by resurrecting the thread now. The predictions failed miserably. There is a lesson here for the climate change crowd...

But on the other hand, the good news is that if the spring prediction was this far off, perhaps the decades of global cooling prediction will also prove to be equally wrong. I know, wishful thinking again. Really really wanting Chuck to be right about this one.

Simple way to find out, ask yourself these questions:

            1) Do you use common sense, logic, facts and physical principles to develop an opinion on matters?

            2) Do you dare to express that opinion?

If you answered yes to both, then it is safe to assume that you are on the list.

After the spectacular failure of his forecast last time I posted it, I probably shouldn't bother checking again. But I did, and Astromet has some dire forecasts for fall and next winter.
No geographical area specified, assume this is US in general, somewhat purposefully vague, I assume if you pay him enough, he will make a specific one. Worth bookmarking and see what comes of it. Maybe Chuck can make another horrorscope for me in response, still laughing at the previous one.
After a warm spring and hot, humid and stormy summer of 2021, will come one of the worst winters you will have experienced in your lifetimes. Use the spring, summer and early autumn of 2021 to make preparations, store supplies, protect your farms, crops and livestock.
Moreover, remember my other forecast on the coronavirus pandemic as a new variant will spreading worldwide and still be very much in play in 2021 and 2022.
The weather of the very cold, snowy and icy winter/spring of 2022 will be very challenging for those not in the know.
              'SUNSPOT CYCLE'
I will try to keep this simple enough for the layman reader so understand how astrometeorology works. Now, the sunspot cycle that began in fall 2019 will be strong.
Know that the Sun is modulated by the transits of Jupiter and Saturn.
The Sun has a overlapping 22-year magnetic cycle that interact to produce the Jupiter-caused 11-year sunspot cycle as a byproduct.
These 22-year cycles repeats like clockwork. In my work as a astromet forecaster I have applied this tool to make accurate climate and weather forecasts.
Now, conventional scientists have failed to predict both the length and the strength of sunspot cycles because they lack a fundamental understanding of the mechanism that drives the cycle.
Know that the Sun's internal magnetic pulses are the cause of all climate change on Earth (not 'man-made climate change.)

The current winter of 2020-21 in the northern hemisphere began on January 8, 2021 and ends on March 24, 2021.
The Spring of 2021 will be a traditional season that begins on March 24, 2021 to June 2, 2021, with summerlike conditions beginning several weeks ahead of the solstice of June 20-21, 2021.
The Summer of 2021 will be a hot, humid and stormy summer, but will last only until August 17, 2021 as the autumn season gets underway a full month earlier.
Harvest 2021 will end on November 5, 2021 when the winter of 2021-22 will start. The worst weather conditions will take place from January to May 2022 - amounting to a 5-6 month winter; featuring double-digit subzero temperatures and frostbiting wind chills along with plenty of snow and ice.
The tormenting winter will end on May 5, 2022 and in its wake will have shattered hundreds of weather records for cold temperatures, ice and snowfall across the northern hemisphere.
I strongly advise all growers not to take the long and bitter winter of 2021-2022 lightly or you will regret it for many years to come.

Just gleaned this tonight and had to post for AF5. It's intent was discussing a NatGas play.

                        https://www.barchart.com/story/futures/grains/1062195/historic-natural-gas-shortage-looms-large-for-the-20212022-winter-season https://www.barchart.com/story/futures/grains/1062195/historic-natural-gas-shortage-looms-large-for-the-20212022-winter-season

                        An excerpt from the article;

"What will happen to Natural Gas supplies next winter season (from November of 2021-April of 2022) given that our Natural Climate Cycle Algorithm is projecting an historic and long Polar Vortex winter?

The obvious implications for this extreme winter forecast are for record heating demand to be seen. What may not be obvious is the possible loss of US Natural Gas production during these particular strong bouts of Polar Vortex low temperatures called "FREEZE OFFS".

Freeze-offs occur when temperatures become low enough to freeze water and other liquids contained within the natural gas mixture, blocking the flow of gas out of the wellhead. These periods of freeze offs can reduce weekly Natural Gas Production by as much as 5% to 10% from the 30-day moving average of production and can cause local production basins to fall by as much as 35% (see Chat above). Should these Polar vortex periods become more prevalent and longer lasting than that which we have typically seen in the past, which is what our forecast suggests, the loss of near term production at a time of record heating demand could cause drawdowns in US storage supplies to set records and cause fear over insufficient supplies to meet demand before the winter season is over."

So it seems others are already forecasting a rough 21-22 winter.

Destroy a chunk of business, ruin societies with a VIRUS, next change the weather or read a forecast correctly? Then buy up all food supply and create shortages elsewhere?

Guess I should get out to forest and cut another years supply of wood to add to the years supply that I have. Maybe keep some decent wheat to grind into flour and stock up on ammunition!
