He's just spouting nonsense Horse, same as telling us it was illegal to slaughter cattle in India in spite of them having a beef slaughter industry processing 10 times what Canada does. He's found a reassuring audience in the tiny little corner of the internet universe that is left of Agriville after most of the participants have given up and moved on.
