    But Saskatchewan's ag minister has different priorities ....like funding 125000 irrigated acres 40 bucks an acre for the next five years after gifting them the taxpayer's capital infrastructure...

    And the funny part is he wants to do it again on another 85000 acres....so 300 farmers are well taken care of ....the other 99.9% are ignored....

    And the federal government is in the study mode ..

      Bucket, buy some land you can irrigate?

      Infrastructure is always a good investment! The returns and paybacks are difficult to measure, ie schools, hospitals, bridges, highways, natural gas, power, arts centres, etc.

      Look at parts of the province that have no infrastructure, opportunity, etc
