Faces of patients blurred, you can see from the news reports that these are 99% elderly people and the average age of death is 81 with comorbidities. Younger people getting it are smokers and vapors. Hypertensive that have been on ACE inhibitors.

Again, lack of information disseminate to the public that would calm the hysteria.

People are so disconnected with death they have no perspective. There are NICUs all over the world filled with sick and dying babies. 4m toddlers die every year.

Are you going to follow the suicides and other associated deaths after we go through a recession depression?

I thought every farmer would understand the concept of risk. Living is taking risk and I am not going to be locked down in perpetuity for this. Neither will everyone else eventually. So you can either have an outbreak or a riot. Govt will be making that choice soon enough.

Well if china releases a superbug, they fkd that up too like all their products.

This flu has targeted a small subset of our population, elderly, frail, smokers, vapors and hypertensive (due to ACE inhibitor drugs prescribed). They rest of the population is barely aware they have it or had it.

No doubt it a bad situation there .
Sadly Italy left air travel open far far to long with China , specifically Wuhan . That is a direct result .
That’s why we could be in big trouble here in Canada... we accepted flights from China and Italy for far too long . Then had virtually zero screening or mandatory isolation from these worst hit spots in the world for well over a month after their outbreaks.
I will say it again , in Canada we ran around and closed a few windows but left the doors wide open .
