    Well since you have already answered your own question I wont bother.
    As for the 12% I just heard on the news that is already figuring in the $50 level. So how does anyone know how much grain they will be drying in 2 years,or the price they will get for their product,or their yield all of which will determine the % of income,maybe you have a clearer crystal ball than most.

        I just wish that crystal ball could predict grain prices as well as the weather 12 years out when the world is ending....
