well I am smart enough to know how the US president is elected, and that Montana's 3 votes does not give it equal weight as California's 55 votes. Furthermore, the 10 largest states have 256 electoral votes, only 14 votes shy of the 270 needed to choose the president. The 29 smallest states combined only have 159 votes combined. In your fictional USA you think those small states have equal power to the large states. And you think I am not good with math. LOL

The U.S. Senate has 2 members from each state, an equal and elected and effective senate in Canada would make a big difference.
