In one short post you have summed up the entire debate. One side uses character assassination, attacks the messenger, Calls on a higher and infallible authority, while insulting and denigrating the credentials and intelligence of anyone who dares to question said authority. Yet makes no attempts at all to Falsify the message or support their own.

Facts don't matter. Because if the facts were on their side, they could use them as a counter argument. The fact that this is their immediate fall back response speak volumes about which side understands the science, and has the facts to back them up.

I was surprised at how many of my professors Never wasted any opportunities to offer Left-wing political indoctrination Into STEM courses. The difference being that most of the students had the education and common sense to see through it. Not true in the social "sciences".

The trouble with educating engineers, is they are training them how to think and learn and apply basic principles. So they are difficult to indoctrinate. Various polls show thevast difference in political ideologies between STEM people, and social science type people.

..I hope you're right....i think most keep their noses to the grindstone and just do their work.
