              They added to the cost by requiring heavier pipe after all the pipe was already bought and paid for.

                That announcement is rather disturbing. I don’t think any Canadian is happy that they bought the pipeline. They over paid for a pipeline at the end of its life. That was a total waste of taxpayer money. I can’t wait till the current pipeline is shut in, Vancouver will be out of oil. I just can’t wait hope it happens tomorrow
