Guys will make a deal at 400000 a quarter....inflate the price to 650000 ...borrow the money and then the seller kicks back 250000 somehow and the buyer continues on....with some cash...
When this party ends....holy cow....even CASE limits the number of combines he can flip in a year...Last edited by bucket; Mar 13, 2020, 08:18.

That is the highest price in Saskatchewan for land.
Monet is interesting I would love to know the Banker. And I think I know the end game canada pension or Ontario teachers.
Good for the family leaving ag it’s lotto max sask style.
JD maybe should of waited one more year. Hahahha. No it was a great deal and this is a great deal for the seller.
I’m all for farmers getting out at these prices because a correction is coming. Chinese are trying to liquidate all over the place. Does the motherland need it’s cash back!

Lets be honest...if your kids didn't want to farm...how long for the "for sale sign" to go up....mine would be gone but my kids are active here and there is opportunity....I just need a banker more like monette's that see the longer term vision...
