Undemocratic nations that don't give a flying fig about public perception regarding anything about carbon other than burn baby burn.
It will hide our carbon tax nicely and make Eastern Canadian oil cheaper.
All the should we shouldn't wes' about resources are moot when nobody wants them. Try to raise yourself economically now. Develop that new economy paid for with rainbows and debt.
