These precautions may limit the velocity in the spike of infections but in reality this virus is here to stay, unless there is a vaccine discovery most everyone will contract this cold like sickness sooner or later. Time will tell if all this is necessary. I’m not convinced!

They are warning Canadians vacationing out of the country to get home. Restrictions such as quarantining may occur on re-entry.

The greatest danger to Canada is infection carried in by returning travelers from the U.S. The U.S. is a disaster and it may turn out worse than ITALY. They are testing less than Canada with 10 times the population.

So the USA is a disaster what steps did Canada take to reduce our exposure that the USA did not... if we are spared it it a function of population density, climate and dumb luck.

Canada did not refuse to use the WHO test kits like the U.S. They tried to create their own and failed resulting in delayed testing. Arrogance is their weakness as well as their strength. You can not solve the problem if you cannot define its size.

Still letting illegals in unmolested at Roxham Road. Still no meaningful screening at airports except voluntarily declaring that you’ve been in China, Iran or Italy.
