7th case in sask confirmed is someone that just got back from Arizona.snow birds better self quarantine themselves when they get back.

If they are closing the border to other nationals I am not sure why they are allowing American citizens to enter Canada unless they have really important reasons to be here for business, transportation, or family reasons.

Keep business and commerce going as much as possible. But no tourists or others who potentially will spread the virus. Don't count on all people to make the right choice. Some people think rules are for other people.
