I will look at all the parties in the next election. I think there needs to be a change to get the priorities straightened out again. One of the biggest concerns going forward will be food security and they decrease the spending for Ag by 6%. They say less use of the BRM’s but last time I looked they didn’t even apply to most of the producers. They were for the middle man that already has a healthy profit margin. I agree with everyone that says a change is needed. This just might be the year to make them think about the right priorities with all this global uncertainty.

I agree ...I had written a letter to the ag minister about irrigation only a couple of months ago and they stated there was no investment in large scale irrigation projects on the horizon...the ag department at that time would have been putting their budget together ...out right lied in their response about large scale irrigation projects...

They don't need another study, there was one done in 2008 ...dust it off ..change the numbers by doubling them and realize it doesnt make any economic sense to develop irrigation for lentils, canola, wheat , durum etc....

5 million to re-study something that has been done since 1964 in many forms...

Time for the Saskparty to be given a lesser majority.....

Which begs the question why do politicians need a raise?

BTW ..the real lefties are the capitalists currently begging for money ....or the people earning sub 100k wages living in 500K plus homes they can't afford....that are going to get a few bucks to buy groceries because they have no equity or real money...
