    Forced Incubation

    mr . moe made it the law this afternoon. $2000 fine if caught out of house for 2 weeks after international travel . I am on day 4, so far all is well with our group of 12

        President of medical association, a paediatrician and some dentists self-isolating. This could get very serious if the health care providers go down. Sheesh!

          I've heard of 2nd and 3rd hand reports of people coming home and carrying on as usual, socializing and outright stating that the quarantine doesn't apply to them. Fines are a good idea, but I can't imagine how it is going to be enforced.
