How to pay the bills?

Well I dunno, but maybe start by quitting with the killing of the goose that laid the golden egg?

Maybe quit with the gutting of our natural resource sectors, that backbone of our economy?

Maybe stop with regulating and taxing wealth-creating businesses out of existence?

And then maybe stop with the scattershot cannon blasts of billions of taxpayers dollars in funding around the world in sock boy's attempt to grab a UN seat?

Who knows, maybe stop with the gifting of billions of hard-earned, taxpayers dollars to corrupt, dysfunctional, and essentially useless corporations who send kickbacks to the diabolically corrupt Liberals?

And how about maybe not punish the private individual who out of his or her own pocket pays for their travel?

And maybe how about making electioneering Liberals pay for their campaign travels out of their own funds instead of making the taxpayer pay for their campaign?

And perhaps the Chinese flu costs would have been a fraction of what they will eventually be if our jackass prime minstrel would have taken the necessary steps of shutting off infection routes from around the world when it was first suggested?

But ya, I dunno, it's hard to provide a good answer to a jackass question, but whatever...

I am hard pressed to know why we need immigration, but maybe we have jobs that can’t be filled by citizens. I can se it for hi tech jobs that we don’t have a qualified resident. But I’m too old, I see the face of our country greatly changed. It’s not that there is anything wrong with that, except a Canadian now is not that of my generation. Canada still has the ability to be one of the greatest countries to live in, but the lesson of the tower of Babylon is one that I was brought up with. However the world is greatly different though there are still countries maintaining and restricting citizenship severely.

How do you prefer to pay the bills ,such as costs related to covid 19 ,lets put a levy on plane tickets like say 500$ on all out of country flights,as it is distributed by travelers originally ,that way at least they would be paying a little bit more of the costs.
Much like carbon tax USER pay,what is wrong with that formula.

Is the carbon tax really a user pay? According to Justin Trudeau 80% of consumers will receive a rebate equal to or greater than the amount of carbon tax payed so the net amount payed is zero or less than zero. I certainly believe there will be much larger government deficits when coved-19 is in the rear view mirror. Long lasting affects on government's need for increased revenue. Not a pretty picture.

And we would have ZERO virus except for plane travel. Maybe $5000, $50000 per ticket to compensate the whole sick country. Want to play...PAY.
Can't wait for virtual travel/holograms, this is an unforgiveable waste of a planet!
