Leaving our airports open to flights from hot spots around the world with zero screening far too long will Canada’s legacy when this is all over .
In the meantime stay safe, follow guidelines set out ,
the barn doors were left open too long and now drastic measures need to be taken by everyone
South Korea got it right it seems , but like has been pointed out they have dealt with this type of situation before . The incoming flights there ... all are screened and now tested regardless. .
Canada handed out pamphlets...

Good thing Trump has advisers deeper in the govt than just those empty suits on TV otherwise we would be locking up the country and waiting 2 fing yrs for a vaccine. There are organizations now calling for permanent rolling quarantines using the number of critical care beds as a barometer. Who is going to open up or maintain a business when the govt can shut them down on a hunch. in 18 months that virus will be mutated and a vaccine will be behind the curve again just like the flu vaccine is every year.

And nobody has any idea if social distancing is working or not. Its another improvable hypothesis just like carbon tax.
But I know that bankrupting small business is definitely working out well. The number of people sitting at kitchen tables right now in Canada saying F it has to be huge. These will never restart again.
