As rent comes due, restaurants call for aid

Well isn't that a revelation. ...others will be as well ...

All I can say is....you have a nice restaurant with a beautiful setting inside and out....why do you need a hand out. ..

Being a little sarcastic today because farmers have been left out of every package announced so far...

And our conservative MPS do SFA....

Peter wants the leadership and the dumbshit phucked off to Mexico and is sitting in isolation waiting to be coronated. ...prick. ..

And where is the negotiators for farmers to grab a little to kickstand the economy?

Yikes, when does this end. Cruise ships, Hotels, casinos, bars, theatres, art galleries?

Rumblings that Air Canada with a Montreal HQ will be getting a monster bailout package.
Interesting to see how their competitor with a Calgary HQ does for a bailout.

I just love how all these super companies with vast wealth cant go a week without collapsing.

Like WTF is wrong with this situation.

Big big big Payday to executives and chairman and big dividends yet when push comes to shove they aren't worth two ****ing cents.

          Sick

I know the local bank manager. She says the banks love what is happening. They are deferring payments but the compounding interest is not being stopped. Bank is just making more money.

Glad you told us you were being sarcastic Bucket. And I get your point loud and clear whether I agree or not.
Had you truly believed the average farm in same boat as average restaurant, I would have held no hope for you

Maybe his sarcastic sarcasm makes him genuine.

Like two negatives make a positive, right?

And just 3-4 years ago Liberals were telling us that incorporated small business owners were all tax cheats. These Liberals are so out of touch with society it is unbelievable.

My point being is farmers are judged by the shine of the paint they use by the general public....

If I judge a restaurant the same way it sounds pretty stupid...doesn't it....

Machinery is a necessary evil....tools like a cleaver in a restaurant is like air drill to a farmer.

                            Agree 100%
All my career I've felt farmers are their own worst enemy regarding public perception. Guess I'm not a good farmer, I don't pizz and whine in public.
