Is it correct trump cannot enforce a nationwide lockdown, it’s up to the states and governors?

Then a county can over ride the state if they see fit?

Georgia govener only enforced rules this week, announcing that we ddint know you could catch covid19 from people showing no symptoms! Thought to myself geez that’s been known since mid feb.

We’re basically at 3 even 3.5.

Hardest one for many was ban on religious gatherings and funerals limited to 10.

In Canada each province seems to be implementing restrictions. (Our federal PM, has actually been hiding in his cottage for almost a month now and has been a disaster.)

In the USA it’s similar with the state governors implementing the restrictions. (Their constitution gives each state the power.)
