Even Ipsos must be bought off. Trudeau gets thumbs up for how he Has exposed us to danger by inviting infected foreigners, not isolating or testing in-comers, leaving border open for illegals, giving away our badly needed supplies, believing Chinese BS, feeding us crap statistics, hiding in his hole when needed. Almost every comment after the Global article called BS but the poll is legit? Corruption has permeated every crook and cranny of our society. Remember the quote, “Money Talks”?

Think about this: so you close down doctors offices, cancel appointments and elective sutgery, put off biopsies, delay treatments, (even some cancer treatments have been delayed) emergency rooms are empty. How much diagnosing is going to be missed, how long will it take to catch up and how many got missed?

How many doctors have contracted the virus and died? How many health care professionals in total?
Would you say that's what they signed on for? How much of an investment and source of wealth for a population is a top notch medical community?

It is right at the top of the list.

In Italy the count is over 100. And that's just doctors.

        https://www.france24.com/en/20200409-italy-says-number-of-doctors-killed-by-coronavirus-passes-100 https://www.france24.com/en/20200409-italy-says-number-of-doctors-killed-by-coronavirus-passes-100

Saskatchewan is quickly becoming one of the better places to be if you are worried about covid-19. It is also logically one of the most likely places where there will be criticism that the restrictions went too far because nothing major has happened so far.

From what you know about contagious disease do you think the well-being that the vast majority here are experiencing can overcome any virus? Or would it be more reasonable to think that the virus left on its own would overcome a healthy population?

It is wrong to think that if few die that it doesn't matter. What if the majority of the population were to just get really sick one after another for weeks or months on end. How would that be for the economy?

If there is really a wolf it is okay to cry wolf....

Now imagine if the US had they done nothing!!!

Maybe its a hard concept to grasp - obviously it is, but when you overwhelm the medical system, you can't save people from heart attacks and gunshots, a million other reasons people go to a hospital. The cost to human life becomes very high. Just because there is a pandemic on, doesn't mean everyone stops getting "normal" sick. You just can't treat them.

So when they say "deaths from covid" multiply that number way up as the effect of not being able to treat all the "normal" deaths.

Do you really want to go into a Toronto or Calgary hospital right now with a heart attack?????

Lucky to live where we do. Cities with international airports definetly have bigger issues. The protocols put in place have made a large impact. The doubling period for new cases has gone from a previous 5 day doubling period to a 10 day doubling period. The curve is flattening but will we stamp it out? Highly unlikely but the new 1hr portable testing machine being rolled out will definitely help controlling outbreaks. Treatments are evolving as well and some may come from very unconventional places.

The CCP virus is one thing but there are big issues on the horizon imo. The virus was the pin that popped the everything bubble. If not for the virus would something else have popped it? Most definitely imo the nature of bubbles is that they are unsustainable . Infinite growth on a finite planet is an impossibility. Some may be reluctant to accept that the world has changed. Those that are able to adapt and roll with the punches will thrive. Those clinging to the ole paradigm of how things were will struggle to fit the facts into their narrative.

WD9, the virus may have got a whiff of our balmy climate and vamoosed. 😂

Perspective - half of Canada’s Covid 19 deaths occurred in care homes - not in Saskatchewan TG

Did not at all. You'll have to deal with how you think you you feel by what i said with your therapist.

Probably stupid is the wrong word, maybe its "ability to disagree with every qualified medical professional and sleep at nights" is a better way to say it.

SARS-Cov2 type viruses can survive 3 years frozen. It's just going to wait out the cold.

QUOTE=jazz;448651]US revised to 60k deaths, we know it will be under half that&. Trump did an amazing job, saved 2 million people. Ventilators being sent to other countries now. Hospital staff being laid off now.
Well Jazz I sure hope your right that deaths will be under 30,000, but I think they will end up being over 60,000 but you can keep drinking Trumps koolaid and believing that he’s doing a wonderful, wonderful job. Canada seems to have done a decent job on Covid-19 so far, no thanks to our fearless leader who pops out of the ****oo clock at precisely 9:15 every morning. I think we’re a bit later on the Covid19 than the US so might still be to early to make a prediction. Let’s hope this virus disappears soon so we can have a election and turf both of these idiots before they can do more harm.

Well, you tell me, what drives some people to run away from medical professionals opinion about medical issues? Why run the opposite and wholeheartedly believe Alex Jones, before a 1000 doctors with 12 years of medical school all saying the exact same thing?

What makes people think vaccination is the greatest scourge to mankind? What makes them happy and justified to see children die of completely preventable disease that have long been eradicated ?

What makes people think that Covid19 is just like a cold or the flu and its no big deal?

And yes, the virus survives being frozen. For years.

Since we are calling out some of the bullshit here , i will bring up this point , they THINK that covid could live for 2 years IF it is like other corona viruses , key words being if and think ? I mean it has only been here since dec , so how could anyone say with certainty that it lives for 2 years in a deep freeze . More internet wisdom , it may well do that, how can anyone know at this time ??
In response to your other question , it amazes me too , the anti vaxers , absolute misinformed dangerous people and the recent outbreaks that we thought were long gone should be enough proof , but its not . These people have too much time on their hand and are looking for a cause, and attention! The perfect answer was on here a while back , no immunization = no health care , that will smarten the overly smart people up .
And sign a certification that if their kids cause an outbreak in a school or gym , etc. , they will be held totally responsible
