Dealers have a decent margin they can play with. Dealer here takes 7% off msrp right off the bat and they still make good money. But yes, manufacturers have to take a hit and unions concessions.

But I am betting Ford comes out swinging when they reopen. They do not want to lose the 43 year best seller title to GM this year.
