yes both points are amazing that people can be that simple and also irresponsible
but look at the brick, leons, etc. ; "take 5 years to pay for that new toaster oven you need"

So if a guy was to get a 5 yr mortgage on a toaster oven from leons and leons goes tits up in 6 months. Would you get to keep your toaster oven and not continue making payments?
