I have always tried to buy toys with extra money....boats, guns, the cabin....etc...they are non negotiable items that I don't want to get rid of...and really are non mortgageable anyway...

In order to restart the economy you have to ensure base industries of your country are strong...

That means agriculture, oil and gas because they are exportable....then the industries that help support them to create jobs..

You can not pay people to sit on their ass and think you can restart the economy...that is stupid...

As mentioned three quarters through this video, Marvin Ryder Prof with McMaster's University compares.....Canada's debt:GDP ratio(35% pre-Covid spending spree----45-50% post-Covid spending spree with a smaller GDP) compared to the average Canadian citizens debt:income ratio(177%). At the end of WW2 Canada was at 110% debt:GDP. Looks like we have a way to go.... NO PROBLEMO.

The capitalists in this country are socialists as well....don't want the shareholders to take on risk....nope the taxpayers have to bail them out ...

Wage subsidies....how about people take a lower wage when this is over or work a little harder ...get another job....farmers have been told that for years by the same people that couldn't go two weeks before singing like a meadow lark...

We waited quietly over winter to finish harvest...hardly a peep about the issues in grain farming...

Now the ranchers are going to phucked over again....they are busy with their cows right now...so apparently there isn't an issue ...so it will be ignored...

Bottom line...the people that bitch about farmers are too phucking lazy to farm....

And these handouts proved it.....
