Last year was the first time I ever applied for the check offs back. I might do it again this year.
All the contact info is in the July bill's file.....ready to go. Either have to contact the commodity group or download the form off the net. Depending on how you keep books will depend on how hard filling in the tonnes you sold is.

      Seed tax anyone?

So this is socialism.... giant announcement for farmers and Morneau's inlaws are at the front of the trough. Im guessing we get the bill? Love how they say it's for farmers but it's only govt departments and the in crowd that get anything. Anyone load a 400lb hog before? Apparently the kill line isn't setup for that size once they get in the 300+ range? Idk but there's issues when they get too big im told. It's been 20 years since i had hogs im too far out of the loop.

            Let this sink in,,,

9000 million dollars for students, including non-Canadian students.

252 million for ag, most of which is not going directly to farmers.

9 billion vs. 252 million, you'd almost think farming wasn't important in Canada *

I am bouncing off the walls in the nut house. This today was a total ****ing joke.

Farmers got shit all and the prick spins it as a farmer program so all the sheep in Toronto and Montreal and Vancouver applaud him.

              This country is ****ed.

              Prove me wrong!

                ......is it?

Cold reality is we produce more than we can use. Supply management takes care of some "commodities".
They don't seem to understand, or should I say know, the new wealth Commodity Ag creates and not just by recirculating domestic Canadian dollars, it's an earner of new money brought into this country.

You can pay a hundred people using the same $100,000(per person) in a year but you still only have the $100K in circulation....now earn NEW money...different story. Wealth distribution versus wealth creation.

Exactly, majority have no clue how that works and don’t care

So a day has gone by after Supreme leader Justin Trudeau hands the Billion dollar boys club money and sends pennies to primary producers.

I find it hilarious they spin this as a farm program and media laps it up and spews it out to the public that way.

It's a welfare payment for Billionaires.

                    Primary producers got piss all.

                    Wake the **** up.

                    Who is negotiating for farmers?

                    Mickey Mouse.

Until every farmer is ready to be on board with production cuts .....farmers will continue to be their own worst enemy.

Not the government ....the liberals see we vote conservative and know we will take the ass phucking from the conservatives ....so they assume they can do the same...no votes here anyway....

The conservatives send out a weak criticism of the 252 million and all the farm groups say ....thank you but we need more....and then they start from square one...

Farm groups and conservatives are doing a shit service for farmers...but the guys talking on behalf of farmers don't seem to get it either...

They have forget talking about the 2019 harvest that hasn't finished for some yet...

If you want to see what Trudeau listens to ....read the comments on other media about this latest 250 million...

It is so ****ing Sad it's not even funny. Canola is now down again below 10 and our dollar is 70 cents. China screwed us with Trudeau's help over the year and a half ago. That long gone and forgot about. Then the Shit show of last years harvest millions of acres out and piss all. Oh, you can apply for an early AG stab. Yea most don't qualify.

Canada doesn't give a rats ass about primary agriculture and till we all say piss on it we will get zero respect.

Park every ****ing drill and send all the shit back see how long it takes, till Phones are ringing in Ottawa from Billion dollar companies crying the bad farmer has nothing to sell us cheap.

Yes, I was on a liberal page last night and this was spun beautifully as a primary producer gift. Liberals were so happy with Trudeau. They are so stupid it all goes to processors and real producers get shit all.

BOBOO is a joke and the liberals and Trudeau are a joke.

Actually Conservatives and Liberals and NDP and Green are all ****ing jokes.

Our farm Leaders well let's just say they have no clue and are 99% useless.

I was listening to the replay of Gormely last night while harrowing and he had a blurb about how the Federal Ag minister asked for all this info and reports on how the carbon tax had affected farmers in regards to grain drying and now that the federal report is complete she has deemed it secret and won't release the findings.Go figure.

Of the $252 million was mainly payments for processors, foreign pork companies and $77 million was for Cargill/JBS to buy PPE.....because Cargill & JBS need a bailout.
Also announced was Dairy got $200 million to extend credit lines.
