    Cost of the lockdown Worldwide

$30 trillion is the number being floated out there. Gonna need a pile of inflation if any hopes of paying for it, but that would be totally against the trend of late. Since inflation is what's needed and the amount printed isn't even remotely close to this number, think of losing your wallet and someone spotting you a $20. I'm gonna say we deflate even worse. Confidence is broken to the point even a vaccine won't fix this. Who drives by themself with a mask on? That's seriously stunned behavior, terrified if you will. The world will never be the same.

The lock down I think merely accelerated something that was in the works before and that was global economic depression. The US was the only economy with real growth and even it was sputtering. This depression, most, including myself, will not live long enough to see the end of. In order to have long term economic depression, one needs the government heavily involved in the economy. Check. Canuckistan now takes its rightful place in the third world. One of the characteristics of a third world economy, it that almost all government spending is funded by what ever money they can borrow. Check. So the future is a severe economic recession for the US and depression that will not end for the rest. The major economic factors over the last decade was the manipulation of interest rates to bring future demand into the present quarter. Combine that with an aging population, we will be plagued with surpluses for the foreseeable. So even if one was to work hard, who is going to buy your stuff? This is especially true for export markets that had improved standards of living due to the borrowing of the US dollar. These dollars now need to be repaid.

We have the useless politicians and the useless media to thank for misleading everyone into believing this virus was the end of civilization. Little do they realize they just hastened the chaos that is on its way. Then they will start all over again with another line of mistrust which will most likely lead us into more chaos. When our leaders and their propaganda machine start to use their common sense and more importantly the lump three feet above their ass will things turn around for the better.

Oh look we have an example of the kind of response you wanted Canada to take.

Just have to stay away from the uninformed who don't understand the very basics of what a coronavirus is, and the places they go to. Like communion at that church, those are the people to run from.
