    Police are not interested in solving crimes, thats work and especially in today's day and age too risky, anything could be targeted as racist and not only cost you your job, but get you charged with a crime and endanger your family etc. So, they will just hand out tickets, lots of tickets, and take the sgt.shultz way of thinking if anyone,remembers what that was.

        The current justice system creating this issue . It’s a waste of time for them unfortunately
