Overpriced for what they are. Haven't changed much in 30 years or so. And they still lag bolt the mirror mounts to the door. Give me a vintage F250 Lariat with a 7.3 any day

SO what is involved with converting to drive on the wrong side? Can you find the parts at a wreckers? Or have to buy everything? Can't see that being a minor, or cheap job to do. Are all the body panels, and frames punched and formed to accommodate either lh or rh drive? In the era of air bags, do they have to swap all that over into the new passenger side, and are they the same left to right?

Over priced luxury trucks are common on farms these days. Those Toyotas will out last many North American made trucks.
Trucks and SUVs generate the most profit for the big three.
