It isn't clear to me what the people who spend all their energies hating Trump expect us to do about it. While thanks to the Wests low population, we are helpless victims against the corrupt traitorous imbeciles running Canada, at least in theory we have some input through the democratic process. But unless someone proposes we march back down south and burn down the Whitehouse again, we have absolutely no control over the affairs of a sovereign nation, regardless of how much their policies may affect us. Let's concentrate our efforts on changing what we can, finding a way out of abusive relationship, rather than wasting those energies on hating Trump.

Nothing I grow is exported to the US so why should I care. I will worry about auto parts and lumber and whatever else about the same amount that our govt and the denizens of Toronto worry about oil.

Canada is only a g7 nation because of the US. If we were located on any other continent we would be venezuala 2.0. Still might be.
