Let me guess A bags with the smallest seeds.

The 1024 was 6.7 and L233 was 5.1. I should add the L233 was seeded 2 days after the 1024 but it looks more like 10 days behind. Time will tell I guess.

big seed has more vigour , why don't the money hungry bastards size it like brevant , pioneer , etc.

I think they want half of it to die so you have to buy more seed

I but in 320 acres of 7565 and it is no comparison to the L233....7565 is a week away from covering the ground...L233 is not even close.

Surely there has to be an expression of warranty on the bag outlining all the obligations and expectation standards of their product like they have stating you can't grow it from bin run seed produced from the seed in that bag.

It's got to be there, look closely, in the fine print.

warranty is :
you seeded too deep, you seeded to shallow , its too cold , its to dry , etc. , etc.

Just looked yesterday, all the L345PC, the L233P, and one pallet of 45CM39 were 4.9TKW, the other pallet of 45CM39 was 6.0TKW. The 345 jumped out of the ground and so did the 4539, so not sure I can blame the 233 on small seed size.

it is also a slow starter , thats why we benched it
think its got some nexera genes in it
it does seem to come around though, just painful to watch

Well one positive thing....if it freezes tonight the 233 is in cotyledon so it should survive.
