After a day of tramping around doing small jobs in the drizzle. Never have I lite the stove in June before.

Mid to high twenties forecast for next week, which would be just about right......had we received a meaningful rain lately.

First seeded canola after liberty spray is covering the ground very nice. The only reason it’s handling the dry conditions is because of last falls rain every second or third day. We are wet below ground. Roots going down. Last nights cool temps remind me of 2002. Very bad year froze early days of August. Yea it was a cluster **** as everything wasn’t ready got a ag stab payment and had to pay the entire amount back. That’s a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Lots of yellowed off cereals here now . Some still look perfect depending on herbicide
But yes I hear some areas crop are yellowing off bad on their own even where this wet and cold weather is excessive
