I agree there looks to be enough evidence this should go to trial, but for some reason people who wear suits very seldom go to jail.

I have met Gary on a couple of occasions and heard him speak. His book about his Caledonia experience is riveting, "Victory in the No-Go Zone"..

He is a good, smart man who can remain calm under pressure and goes about his objectives with resolve.

McHale had the Ontario Superior Court bring charges against then-commisioner of the OPP, Julian Fantino for trying to influence a municipal government.But as was mentioned above - suits seem to have teflon qualities.

National Post journalistic, Christie Blatchford, gave his actions a lot of excellent coverage. Journalism lost a good one when Christie was taken by cancer.
