This was rumored for quite some time. I doubt there was much actual competitive bidding and Rite Way was likely the only credible bidder here. What took time was trying to figure out how much credit or grant money could actually be obtained thus determining the price paid. I think it will be a good fit and good luck to them, they are going to need it.

I think the deal was supposed to close June 30 but I live less than 100 km from the original Morris facility and its been crickets here. The neighbour kid still welds for Morris - he's been my best source but I haven't talked to him for a couple of months now.
