    Glyphosate, a good system cleaner

After flushing the system with water and applying glyphosate to over 400 ac started up here (Red Oval) after sitting one night. Oops.

W-Max had lifted Bromoxynil residue out of the system strong enough to wipe out some canola

(Blue - water bodies or drown outs; Green - trees grass low areas and salinity; Brown - salinity or lighter soils)

I am not following, you are saying a glyphosate premix left overnight in your sprayer lifted other residual chemicals and caused damage the next day when you sprayed, is that right?

Yes. Just a few hours overnight with glyphosate solution in the lines released enough to zap the canola.
Once fresh solution was flowing from the sprayer tank there was no further damage. Will be flushing lines at end of day from now on if there is the chance of an issue

Had been using bromoxynil earlier to burn off volunteer canola

Have you tried Clean - Out in situations like that?
It’s a true detergent not ammonia.

Have never had such a noticeable issue with previous machines.

Maybe dead zones in the strainers? Different rubber in the supply lines? Formulations changed or difference among brands?

Have laid in something similar for cleaning when switching chemicals.
