Some pasture pics , poorly germinated canola and lupins and oats. The missus ran out of fuel had to go to rescue will get some more during the week.ps pasture is vetch with self regeneration of medic which is choking out the vetch but it’s all sheep tucker

Ps canola with kind weather will go 1000 to 1200 kg per ha, planned costs $206 per ha. Farmer kept seed.

Lupins oats

Ps ain’t a show and tell with costs. Or returns, poor canola to you guys touch wood break even and better for me. Agronomist came last week gave some barley 3t/ha in absence of frost. Will get some pics. 3 t with dose of urea I reckon 40 or 50 kg per ha.

Lots of canola around here will yield the same as that due to flooding but the production costs will be twice as much as that. Mind you we figure on a yield of double those those numbers at seeding. I am amazed at your margins. Around here we seed RR canola as nothing else will keep up with the weeds. On better land most canola is Liberty type.
