What could go wrong. Create inflation so property values inflate, then tax the inflation, meanwhile there is no real economy left, so no way to create wealth to pay the tax, so the tax payers will be unable to pay for the appreciation on their property without selling it.

You would be offering a false hope if that's what you think.

The U.N. has put this wealth redistribution policy in place over 40 years ago at Habitat 1, Vancouver. Much of what they proposed back then is already in place, with a slow and relentless stealth approach. It is entrenched at every level of government. The carbon tax is part of the scheme.

I cite the following from that document, which I provided in the thread "Extra-cirricular Reading - U.N. Habitat 1" (sic)

And then it gets really interesting on pg 30, recommendation "D. 3, Recapturing value plus” where it goes into detail how the increase in land values leads to concentration of wealth into private hands and therefore must be taxed as “a source of revenue to the community…and to redistribute to the public at large the benefits of unearned increase in land values…” (p. 30)

Then more detail on how to recapture the increased value or “unearned profits” - capital gains taxes, improvement taxes, betterment charges, instituting development charges, permit fees, specifying how much time is allowed for the new development, etc, (p. 30)



Once one knows and understands what the U.N. has planned, all the policies, regulations and taxation of our private property becomes perfectly clear. It is unadulterated Marxism.

Building permits? All about wealth redistribution. Capital gains taxes? All to be for the good of society.

But who really benefits? Look at the corruption that has been exposed by the WE scandal. It is all going to be absorbed into the hands of the elites, with only a few crumbs falling to the floor for the genuinely poor and disadvantaged.

And any thought of it being too reprehensible to have uptake should quickly be dismissed on the example of history - when a government is as corrupt and devoid of values as the Trudeau Liberals is, then we understand that human rights, individual rights private property rights mean nothing.

The WuFlu scamdemic has provided the perfect opportunity to destroy our already- over-stressed economic engine and transform it into a government-dependent structure that can be controlled, picking winners and losers. The resulting catastrophic deficit gives reason to increase and initiate new taxes in a manner that furthers the U.N agenda, under the U.N. guidelines that I have provided.

Our Western, free-enterprise, capitalist society is done. We just can't see or accept it yet.
