None of them are qualified for any position in cabinet including her. Maybe we should be happy it wasn't McKenna.

But basically that choice means freak cult leader Trudeau is the actual finance minister ready to push through his Marxist agenda. Says in one article he wants to add another $100B to our debt chasing green scams. Not a dollar to restart our core industries. Bye Canada. Separation is going to look real good in a few yrs.

Not here, contractors going steady, renos, new builds, can't find one to even build a new shed over the dryer with a sample room.

I wonder what percentage of the population will never own a house and only ever be tenants.

Now getting those people into houses would be more of a success story than current home owners playing musical houses.....

Yet when Conservative Finance Critic Pierre Poilievre is question several times, will the Conservatives have a non-confidence vote in parliament to bring down Trudeau, he cowards away from such a notion. Pierre is nothing but a drama queen with a lot wind, talk is cheap Pierre. Same shit different pile sums up what Canadians have for political leadership.

Conservative yap away how bad Trudeau is and don't do anything about it. Conservatives are quite content being in the opposition position and not at all ready to lead Canada with their inaction.

Conservatives can't defeat the government without the help of the Bloq and the NDP....so its really up to them...the BLOQ and NDP will continue to blackmail trudeau as long as they can.

Who the hell would want to take over from the mess that has been "created" and made.

I can't imagine how this is all going to end. Exponential debt, divisive policies, its almost like a slow motion train wreck.

Yes I realize that Bucket, but if the Conservatives were to call a non confidence vote it would show they have had enough of Trudeau and are ready to lead Canada. But, Pierre just yqpped on and on how bad Justin is and like a big ***** ignored all questions pertaining to holding a non confidence vote.

Talk is cheap Pierre and let's just stay as the opposition party as it's so much easier.

What has become abundantly clear is that Justin Trudeau expects his ministers to live up to certain codes of conduct that he doesn’t apply to himself. Bill Morneau was fired(Paul Wells Maclean’s had a couple of good comments on this) to deflect the problems of the ongoing WE controversy away from Justin Trudeau. Bill Morneau’s conflict of interest in regards to WE is no greater than Justin Trudeau’s, yet for one it is a firing offence, for the other it doesn’t matter.

Forage you go after the Conservative’s for being reticent to try and bring down the Liberal’s and force an election. First off as pointed out they would need both the Bloc and the NDP to be willing to go along, the NDP are broke and not interested in an election. If I was the Conservatives I would want my new leader to have time to establish him or herself and let’s be realistic at present the Liberal’s are higher in the polls, eastern Canadians are still more interested in government handouts than in good government policy. I also think the optics of forcing an election during a pandemic would not be favourable. Personally I think Bill Morneau was far more intelligent than Justin Trudeau, more pragmatic and not as ideological, being replaced by Chrystia Freeland is of no real benefit to Canada.

A couple things to our resident communists. The conservatives have no leader yet. Of course they won’t pull the pin until the leader is known.

But even bigger. There are many committees sitting and nailing the liberals on ethics issues. If you aren’t following this, you should, because Pierre has them all over a barrel. Charlie angus also is very tough in committee. Go Charlie! The lies that have come out, the refusal of anyone to take responsibility for getting the WE run program off the ground, and the pathetic testimony by the blackface groper, has legs.

If an election is called, and the libs do regain a majority, the committee work is over. As in the libs would control it fully. Right now, the opposition controls committee and is getting to the bottom of this criminal affair. Unlike last time when the lives shut down the snc issue, this time they can’t.

Why would the conservatives risk losing the opportunity to dig up ALL the dirt on the groping pm and his band of lunatics?

It is that simple. It’s either non confidence now, with the chance of letting the idiots walk, or it is get to the bottom of this disgrace.
