Whoever wins, they will have to have a environmental policy that will be tolerable with the east and west.

It was missing in the last election and lost votes because of it.

That’s very true! And it will be interesting if the new leader recognizes the majority of the population is concerned about this?
But that’s not all they forgot. They forgot an ag policy, a clear immigration policy, etc etc.
They should have won last time but had no direction. And it wasn’t because of Andrew Sheer. It was the over all problem with the party. Maybe McKay can unite east and west.
Who ever it is I wish them luck and hope they actually start saying what we are voting for or not.

Not sure it matters as no matter the leader it’s hard to change the systemic corruptness in that town. Especially if u are a career politician. Leslyn would be perfect until they corrupt her.

Lewis might be the right person but she would end up with the same learning curve as Scheer....

Scheer has found his voice ....but just way too late...slow learner it appears...

Politics is not for the faint of heart....Had Scheer been talking like he has lately, 3 years ago...he would still be there...

Now he takes the Joe Clark route....

BTW anyone see anything for farmers in this race??? Seems odd that their support comes from rural Canada and is completely ignored...

And farmers keep sending in the donation cash....

Saw a Lewis ad today. Kind of hinting at draining the swamp ,but what chance would a person with no previous political experience have at running a country.

Voted MacKay. Brad Wall today said he expected it would be MacKay.

Might be surprised at how much of the vote Lewis takes from O'Toole, and lets McKay go to easy victory.

I actually want to win, and nobody else has a chance in Ontario or Quebec like MacKay.

Mackay is just a conservative version of Trudeau
