As far as this defund police and all cops are white racist bastards goes, since no one has mentioned it yet, here goes. The cities cant afford the service, so they are going to move towards constant surveillance, cameras on every corner, facial recognition and they'll likely get access to every digital device they can get their hands on, all in the name of defeating racism.
