And classes start today. Oh yeh, even though universities aren’t open to students and they have great difficulty accessing their professors and information, the tuition went up.
A bunch of schools put their student activity fees way up even though there are no activities

Considering that your kids go to home school, and your wife is the teacher, I would be having a serious conversation with the " administration" about that type of propaganda.
I would finish it with one of the acronyms about laughing, but wouldn't want to give chuck the satisfaction.
There is a really good joke over on combine forum about one kid complaining about the teacher not knowing anything and smelling like Vodka etc, and the other kid is defending "mom".

So that’s what goes on in the “teachers lounge” I guess.

About dropping out - I understand your point. This is very problematic, given that not all students go back to school - about half of the students remain home-schooled, which is not a plus - at home one is free to be distracted by other factors, while at school all the time is spent on learning a new subject. Each year, medical schools in the United States turn away more than 60% of applicants to medical schools, and students with advanced degrees in another subject, so there is a severe shortage of doctors. Caribbean Medical Schools is a mainstay of many U.S. residency programs, and as such provides guidelines for applying to their schools. If your child wants to become a doctor in the future, this article would be very interesting: https://www.trinityschoolofmedicine.org/resources/ultimate-guide-caribbean-medical-schools trinityschoolofmedicine.org
