Was very far from dead ripe , not one field lol
Grain buyer said no glyphosate, period
Again will be interesting to watch , I agree why take the chance
Point is , Why rules for most but not for a few ?

Well thats right, but, if the germ is below I think its 80% your sunk and even then they take the best stuff first. But yeah, the rules get bent more than a democratic run u.s. election!

And really only way to avoid feed wheat is NOT to get rain on swaths. Straight cut or swath the day we combine. #2 is worst we get, bleaching is not a grading factor.
except last year , sprouted standing , was feed till feb , then a #2

Same here , every year . It’s pick you apart at harvest, then Feb through spring it magically changes in the bin when they need to fill cars
            Happens every single time .
Harvest theft is what it should be called

Lol! You should see some of the shitty rotten barley that suddenly is good for malt in the spring. Must be the stuff they need for lucky lager!

Hell the durum was a #5 with 17% sprouting magically turned into a #3 with 7% sprouting in May.

The lentils had durum in it, wanted to grade it as sample, suddenly didn't care in June and bought it all as a #2.

                Games.

Two more days of canola and then just the wheat left. Will pick up the canola if its ready as this is the year of the wind it seems. Have a few bales here and there from the wind. We also swath on an angle. Looking like our best year ever for canola so far.

Have 6 fields left to spray for wheat. All but 2 will be done by noon tomorrow. Have many varieties in and lots side by side. Will be interesting if they can top the most popular variety. Doubtful. Brandon is a whopper here again.

Found a dryer and will be making the last of the connections tomorrow as well. Planning on drying every bushel of wheat. Its looking like that kinda fall again.
