Yeah but this time someone with some balls will go in on those UN fools and tell them the truth about Canada that we are already carbon neutral, in fact we are a huge sink and the world should be paying us for it.

The paris accord doesnt tell countries to put on carbon taxes, our own idiots like skippy think that up on their own.

Just devoting 10% of our canola crop to biodeisel meets the UN requirements.

Sinks also act as sources in a cycle that was in balance for many years until humans started releasing millions of years of stored carbon from fossil fuels.

We all knew at some point, the "takers" would out number the "makers". Just just didn't realize our own government, by shutting down most businesses and the greater economy, would ever be possible.
What government would ever do that to it's own country, yet the so called pandemic has provided an opportunity to do just that.

Trudeau and his ilk and all the behind the scenes string pullers and funders of special interest groups and protesters are truly evil and will lose no sleep over the destruction of what was a very great young nation.
Trudeau and his back room supporters, are the limousinest, of the limousine liberal crowd. If you think your the caulk of the walk by having 5 or 10 or even 15 mil net worth, you kidding yourself, these people have 100 or more times the wealth you have, and their going to be making the decisions.

If your worried about what rates Income Tax will rise to, you should be really concerned about how the government will tax your equity. Hard to hide your land, equipment and buildings in the Grand Cayman without selling them first !

Remember some time ago when I asked if we might see the day when land becomes a liability?

Well, The U.N. Sock Puppet prime Minstrel is going to make that a reality if he gets back in this fall.

And it may not matter if he has a majority or a minority government.

The slimy little turd has never had to actually EARN one thin dime of his wealth. So he has no idea of what it means to work to build equity - or create wealth.

And his personal wealth, like most elites, is placed beyond the reach of the taxation policies he will put in place. It is well worth questioning how much of the WE money was funneled back into his own pocket.

It may be that the best one could hope to do is to liquidate before the end of the year and move the proceeds offshore.

Wow. This brief JBP clip might shed light on why the gov't of this country is taking us the direction we're headed.

He still opposes the carbon tax but will come up with a plan to reduce emissions to meet the goals.

O'Toole is also courting the union vote! He grew up in a GM family which meant his family benefited from decent union incomes. Pro Union!

He came out with a strong inclusive statement which included support for LGBQT and people of all ethnic origin and religions. He is personally Pro- choice.

As I predicted O'toole is moving to centre. In the previous race he was considered a moderate red tory.

This will leave a lot of alienated hard line social conservatives with few options to park their vote in the next election.

Where are all the hard right wingers on Agriville going to go?
Chuck, there are so many conservatives who can not tolerate the present liberal leader, they will vote accordingly. Little things like common sense, able to use logic when making a decision, not idolizing communism, basic knowledge of a budget, and mature diplomacy when traveling abroad are more important than how strong your relationship is with unions and gays.

Do we really need a $221M loans program for black entrepreneurs with 6.5 of that going to study the problem?
                    I mean what the hell!??

I trust that they set a substantial portion of that aside for legal costs, when an entrepreneur of any other race applies, is rejected based on his or her race, and takes it to the human rights tribunal. I might just suggest this to one of my native friends.

Do we really need Saskatchewan to spend $4 billion on an irrigation system that benefits just a few farmers?

Do we really need to give large and successful farms a matching deposit for their Agri Invest Account?

Do we really need to give oil companies low royalty rates (some of the lowest in the world) and subsidize their bottom line?

There are lots of things we should and shouldn't do.

But it is pretty obvious that many Agriville posters are okay with some subsidies and support to some sectors but have a big problem if they don't like subsidies and support for others!

That group has had loans and better yet usually never get paid back. So better try another group to inform but is there any other not getting preference other than the majority?

The way to strengthen an economy is to reinforce its existing industries, not go chasing after rainbows and unicorns.

That will be 221M down the tube. Nobody is in any position to stick their neck out to start a new business when hundreds of them are being shuttered. Its stupid pandering policy.
