It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World.
I trust that they set a substantial portion of that aside for legal costs, when an entrepreneur of any other race applies, is rejected based on his or her race, and takes it to the human rights tribunal. I might just suggest this to one of my native friends.

Do we really need Saskatchewan to spend $4 billion on an irrigation system that benefits just a few farmers?

Do we really need to give large and successful farms a matching deposit for their Agri Invest Account?

Do we really need to give oil companies low royalty rates (some of the lowest in the world) and subsidize their bottom line?

There are lots of things we should and shouldn't do.

But it is pretty obvious that many Agriville posters are okay with some subsidies and support to some sectors but have a big problem if they don't like subsidies and support for others!

That group has had loans and better yet usually never get paid back. So better try another group to inform but is there any other not getting preference other than the majority?

The way to strengthen an economy is to reinforce its existing industries, not go chasing after rainbows and unicorns.

That will be 221M down the tube. Nobody is in any position to stick their neck out to start a new business when hundreds of them are being shuttered. Its stupid pandering policy.

Will you be including a DNA test as part of the application or are self-declarations good enough?

I wonder if our dark skin coloured Hungarians or Ukraine relatives qualify.

                They are real dark

Now a loan based on skin colour, how can things get more convoluted. Pretty soon only dark-skinned people will be allowed on the streets in daylight. Us Whities will still be welcome south of the 49th, I am sure.
