    It’s actually even worse than just silence from Western groups. Initially they were working together with GFO on fixing the clean energy policy. At some point someone apparently convinced Sask Canola and others that the policy on clearing land would disproportionately hurt eastern corn and soybean growers and eastern ethanol and biodiesel and thus would be GOOD for western prospects for biodiesel and the western groups stabbed GFO in the back and turned in favour of the government policy. So your western groups are in fact now working against GFO on this and also on BRM.

    Which is a large part of why GFO withdrew its membership from Grain Growers of Canada back in the spring and started focusing east instead

          I agree these meeting hounds are the guys who go on to try politics etc. But when the Eastern Farmers get it and the Western Farmers don't Houston we have a problem.

            I don't think the guys at APAS have learnt how to tie their shoes yet.....

            If they present a report to government...it just gets ignored....
