    What Bubble?

    Doesn’t even have a front door. You could live in a shack in the west and fly back and forth for the rest of your life and still not hit the million mark

      I would assume it was bought to tear down by a neighbor.

        From CTV;

        "Why did it sell for so much?

        Toronto real estate agent Desmond Brown said he isn’t overly surprised by the property's selling price, as it is located in "one of the hottest locations in the city."

        "There's still a huge trend towards getting a top urban location," Brown told CTV News Toronto on Thursday. "So, just ignore the fact that a bungalow is there on the property and concentrate on the fact that this is land value."

        "It's close to restaurants, transit, the downtown core. It's a location that everybody in the city looks for."

        Commodity Marketing... 14 bids, $1,808,000. selling price. nice house with 2 car garage.

          So, the nice 2 car garage must of been the selling point.

            None of that makes sense. This is the internet and not everything you read or see is true. There isn't even enough land where that shack is sitting on to do anything with productively.

            I'm a doubting Thomas.

              As far as I know the white building could be on the same property as the brick house.

                The BoC buys mortgage debt. Billions of it, essentially injecting new money into housing and by extension land.

                It's the mother of all bubbles and when it goes the carnage will destroy farms, families, and businesses. It'll be way worse than anything in 2008 in the USA.

                  In the 50s 60s up untill 1971 a pickup truck cost $1,500.00 . When Nixon got rid of the gold standard inflation took off. Were not in a bubble. The dollar has become worthless.

                      Mexicans were tunnelling under trumps wall and went a bit too far. Didn’t want to be suspicious so bought rhe land built that shack.
