We have similar concepts for inputs. Myself like to keep it local.

Grain is bought and sold on digital platforms, kinda like ebay for grain.

This one is most widely used. Buyer and seller undisclosed.

Grain is offered with buyers bid , proceeds then go into a clearing house once recieved in clearing house grain is released or title tranferred is correct term.

At any one time buyers can see offers sellers can see bids.
