    The "D" word...

How wide spread is the drought, because that's what I would call it in the Ghetto.
What are your reserve soil moisture conditions like.
There is basically zero surface water here and some dug-outs are critically low.
Wild life have to use dug-outs for drinking water.
Wide cracks in clay soil slough bottoms. Even saw cracks in higher ground.

Apologies for grainy pictures, would be nice to see the legends clearer.

East Central Sask. So dry here farting dust. Crops were decent this year but no subsoil moisture left. All sloughs are dry. River dried up. 4 inches rain since last spring. Sure could use some fall rains

Don’t worry sask party is fixing that up with the big ( big cost small effect just for friends) irrigation project.

Harper was too busy watching the weather network with the wrong forecast from his hidden closet in Ottawa.

How Dry It Is. We haven’t seen more than 21/2 tenths at one time since last fall.

It is because Trudeau is wearing dry socks!

This dryness has happened before sadly the opposite of too wet has as well...

The NOAA temperature map for June July and August shows most of the world above average.

Wetter here than it was last fall. Dugouts and sloughs higher than last fall. More rain last night. Rain the night before.

On one hand, thankful. On the other hand, I want to get my crop combined.
