Friday Crop Report on a Thursday!

Cows are consuming most of the time here.


Busy moving bunches around to clean off the last of the grazing. Spent the day on the quad at -10 and it wasn’t much fun. Got the feed truck running and getting ready for the corn grazing shortly. The summer waterers aren’t much fun in this weather to keep going but this week is supposed to be warmer.


Supposed to load out some barley this week and move yearlings from the summer pasture to their corn. Still putting tile and moving dirt although this weather has taken the fun out of that. Got a couple garages to move with my FIL too. Going to be a few weeks till things slow up.

Pedal to da metal here still. Looking forward to getting above freezing this week. 🍀

lease work was close to home, most winters spent on seismic up Alaska highway or zama, never saw the wife much till spring.

I spent most winters during the 80’s on a seismic drill all over Northern Alberta and Northern BC. Likely drilled down some of your cut lines.
