You do know that Clinton challenged the 2016 election dont you. Even tried to get the 3rd party candidate to pay for it and hide it thinking there were incorrect votes cast for her there.

Trumps legal right. The election is not called until state legs call it on dec 14, no matter what CNN has told you.

Actually it was Jill Stein who requested the recount in Wisconsin, and changed the count by 131 votes after 12 days of work in Wisconsin, 0.06%. Courts stopped the counts in PA and MI.

The laws were changed in 2017 by republicans, has to be less then 1% to even do a count, now the party requesting the count has to pay for it if greater then 0.25%. Costs about 3 million $ to do a recount. Courts can also cancel recounts. Courts also are very nervous to disenfranchise votes unless there is exceptional evidence of fraud - since there seems to be none so far, the writing is on the wall.

So the only reason to do all this is to keep the crazies demonstrating and pumped.

Man featured at Giuliani press conference is a convicted sex offender

The first person Rudy Giuliani, the attorney for President Donald Trump, called up as a witness to baseless allegations of vote counting shenanigans in Philadelphia during a press conference last week is a sex offender who for years has been a perennial candidate in New Jersey.

“It’s such a shame. This is a democracy,” Daryl Brooks, who said he was a GOP poll watcher, said at the press conference, held at Four Seasons Total Landscaping in Northeast Philadelphia. “They did not allow us to see anything. Was it corrupt or not? But give us an opportunity as poll watchers to view all the documents — all of the ballots.”

Trenton political insiders watched with bemusement as Brooks took the podium.

Brooks was incarcerated in the 1990s on charges of sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a minor for exposing himself to two girls ages 7 and 11, according to news accounts.
