Investors say when it’s dry beans are better place to be. If you don’t know what your doing it could get shitty real quick. A friend said once.

Stupid Truduea changed rhe food guide used to be standard you put the meat with the bean and it’s all good now it’s just a banana with the bean.
Now you cut the meat out and put more beans I guess. Should I invest in bananas I guess?
